A Steamboat Springs resident since 1993, Molly Hibbard brings dedication, 25 years of real estate sales and development experience, and a lifetime of customer-focused care to every deal.
Her community involvement includes taking leading roles in fund raising for Lowell Whiteman’s School, where two of her four children attended high school; the Winter Sports Club, Strings in the mountains, and the Yampa Valley Medical Center & the Yampa Valley Community Foundation.
A believer in lifelong education, she belongs to the internationally-known Mike Ferry Organization for sales professionals, earned her GRI designation in less than one year, has her BRS as a specialist in recreation and resort and Masters in Real Estate(MRE). Unlike the many casual brokers who enter real estate because they’re social people, Molly says real estate is not just a way of life, it’s a job and it requires total professionalism and discipline.
